Due to ongoing growth an excellent new opportunity is available to lead one of Australia's most well known contractors WA division.
Based in Perth the successful individual will need to be able to demonstrate an impressive record of achievement in the below key areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Exploring market opportunities to maximise business size and profit.
• Managing the processes of preparation, implementation of strategic/operational plans, budgets and adequate strategies to achieve established goals & objectives.
• Regular planning and operational review meetings
• Ensuring of project completions in time & quality within budget.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• B.Sc. Civil engineering
• 20 years experience, preferably with a major Contracting Group.
• Strategic Management skills (Planning, Financial, Analysis, Business development).
• Strong team-building and managerial skills.
• Excellent communications skills.
• WA experience essential.
