MAJOR CIVIL PROJECT
Main purpose of the Role :
Ensuring approved project is delivered to the highest requirements, including cost, time, quality and safety.
Contract management, delivery of construction, management and development of the Project team.
Maintain, develop and enhance customer satisfaction
Monitoring and reporting progress and performance
Progress monitoring
Agree details of any required variations
Attend regular liaison meetings with the Authority and attend the Project Companies’ board meetings as required.
Assistance in relation to any variations that arise.
Manage Design and Construction Phase
with the Project's sub-contractors as necessary.
